The company as private enterprise is engaged in oil processing, which located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province , interchanging in the Beijing-Fuzhou highway , Jinan-Qingdao highway , 101 Provincial Highway, Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Rail , located in SHANDONG province , next to Hebei Province & Henan Province , which is rich in oil processing resources, The main output are corn, cotton, peanuts, where is the corn starch factories around and the main producing areas for corn germ , cottnseed and peanuts .

Preparation of the company in 2006, then put into production in October 2007. And the company covers an area of 49 acres (hospital), having squeezing and lixiviation workshops with daily processing 200 tons , and refining processing equipment for 60 tons . Raw materials library is 3,800 square meters, and  finished products & raw materials warehouse 4600 square meters, 4 oil tanks of 300 tons , 2 stainless- steel oil tanks for finished production of 100 tons and other relevant supporting facilities . 

The company owns self import and export right and has passed QS certificate . Through several years of effort , now the company has a number of domestic and international customer resources, And fire, safety, environmental protection, industry and commerce, taxation, quality inspection and documentation procedures are complete, It is an AA grade credit enterprise,without non-performing assets and having good external business environment.

While the company has a number of expert oil processing and technical personnel , whom experienced in various oil processing for many years , Meanwhile the local is rich in labour , and it is lower in wages and comprehensive cost of products.
